Don't think its muscle...haven't busted out the weights guess I'm just having an off week....could be stress....who knows emoticon good luck with the acid reflex...That's no good..good luck tomorrow I WILL inquire how you did emoticon

DN, have you sat down and set specific goals for yourself as far as what you want to accomplish? I don't mean goals like lose weight, but accountable goals like I WILL lose a lb a week. I am a big believer in goal setting and it helps many of my clients.

Today was not a good day- I am battling some bad acid reflux so had lots of doctor appointments today. BUT tomorrow, I plan on going to the YMCA and getting a great workout in- still trying to figure out my meals for tomorrow also. Are you perhaps gaining muscle and that is the reason for putting on weight??

So I have to ask....did you work out today? And how did you do on your calorie in take? so far I did some of the suggested work outs, and I'm trying to get my booty on my elliptical.....did good with my food, it just stinks I've been watching what I eat and I seem to have put weight on emoticon so I'm a bit blah with my emotions today..oh well

Hey everyone!
After repeated failed attempts at changing my lifestyle, I have decided I need a sparkpeople buddy. Someone to talk with and hold me accountable to working out daily- and I can do the same for you! I just think it would help if I had someone ask me, "so, did you workout today?" If anyone is interested in a motivational buddy, please let me know!
