I have been learning this too. Having done tracking many times for Weight Watchers, it's pretty similar. I think in this case I would put in the tossed salad and then check your tracker. If it is just greens and veggies, it's going to be pretty low. If you put, say hard boiled egg, shredded cheese, bacon, etc.... I would add those things additionally. (unless there's maybe a chef salad listed?)

So I am new to this site and I am a little confused with my tracking. I had a salad with my dinner and I am not sure how to track the salad. Do I have to put in each item individually? I see tossed salad in the list but I am not sure what that includes.

PLEASE HELP!
