I love when you lose alot of water weight in the beginning of a plan, it does make you feel good for awhile. If you had toxins in there, it would be bad news, since toxins means your organs arn't working right. Stick to what you are doing, as long as you can.
Congratulations on your weight loss giving up soda is hard so I hear. I am not a soda drinker, never really was. I enjoy one occasionally and will get regular, and sometimes a mix of regular and diet. I really believe diet soda is bad it triggers off hunger, no soda is good at all but fake sugars make it that much worse. Now when I have a soda it is regular only. Keep up the good work that is awesome! :)

So I started my Weight Loss Journey (again) on Oct. 23 of of this year, a little over 3 weeks ago.
I decided I needed and wanted to lose 48 lbs. I have been following my calorie range closely and drinking lots of water.
I haven't had much time or energy from working midnights to exercise, But I am going to make that a priority starting next month.
But, my point is, I have lost 14lbs in the 3.5 weeks. (over 3.5 lbs per week) I know It's not all fat loss, but I think I have released a lot of toxins and water weight from abstaining from diet soda and eating a lower sugar diet.
I have definetly noticed even my scrub top is looser, one pair of jeans is almost falling off me, and I even feel lighter when I walk (seriously)
I really believe a lot of it is because in the past when I have dieed, I continued with diet soda with artificial sweeteners, and no I have given that up. I also have been drinking 8-10 glasses of water a day. Allwoing 1 higher calorie "cheat day" a week, and taking my GNC energy vitapack everyday. I know my weight loss will soon slow to 1-2 lbs per week, but I am ok with that, I am glad to ahve this head start and I should be at my goal by the end of April, and I am getting married May 4th, so it's working well.
I have been excited to watch everyone's progress, and see everyone on Sparks tips and blogs. I wanted to share this with you in hopes it may help someone else! Lisa
