I got that same one, Nannette! It's to replace my plastic, non-digital scale. This one seems much more accurate, and I'm leaving it out on my counter now. This way I will use it more often. It's a reward for making the effort to use my old one so often. Working great so far!!

Amazon has a lot of food scales for great prices as well. I picked up the Epica Accupro Digital Kitchen Scale for $15 a couple of weeks ago and it's been perfect so far.

I bought the Taylor glass digital scale, it has a 6.6 pound capacity and it is on sale for $22. Target has all of their food scales on sale this week.
I've been getting several questions about "favorite" types. What brand did you get and what was the price?? Thanks Dietitian Becky

Oh I don't think a food scale is a little thing at all!
Weighing and accurately tracking your food is a HUGELY important part of losing weight.
Enjoy your new toy! When my last one broke, I made my Dad drive me in the terrible snow, as soon as the stores opened, to go and get a new one!

So I went to Target today and bought a new digital scale today and I am loving it!! No more guessing, now I am 100% sure about getting the correct serving size!! I also bought walnuts, dark chocolate chips and some dried fruit so I can make my own trail mix. Its funny how the little things can make you happy!! :)
