I don't think I would have been able to stay consistent if it was not for the trackers. They really are my foundation. Between the phone app and the website I spend a lot of time on SparkPeople.
The message boards are great for support and for information. They are also a good place to help me feel less alone when I am going through something health related.
I also have SparkCoach, which helps me stay accountable. I really love this program!
