NAVYGAZER, you really and truly never have to go back! Never! IF you use the Nutrition Tracker the way it was designed, plus get at least 30 minutes of cardio and 10 (or less) minutes of strength training 5 days a week, THEN you will achieve success beyond all measure AND maintain goal forever.

I was worried I would struggle while being away from home on work business, but I have managed to keep up my streak and lose 2 more today, bringing my total loss since July down to 16 pounds! I never want to go back!
