Thanks. It was only 2.5 lbs, but it made me feel better. It felt like I had to eat the rest of the junk food in the house including some choc chips in the bag. I flushed the rest down the toilet after I weighed myself this am. Also I am now back to work from holidays and doing a whole lot more than eating and sleeping. I had some slips this week, but was a lot more active. Feeling encouraged!

That's brilliant, Christmas gain lost already. I have just joined and started my plan today, hope l can do as well as you.

I just had my first weigh in and I lost 2.5 lbs. That was my Christmas gain. I'm so glad to be back in a regular routine! Christmas is so stressful.
