I lost 8 pounds this week. I am so proud of myself. I haven't been exercising bcuz i have Gout in my ankle but i've been watching how i eat & staying on Diet Dr.Pepper. In 3 weeks i've lost 13 pounds. I think that's good or at least hope it is. I don't mean to be bragging on myself. I'm just happy.
