My work is having a challenge for employees to not gain weight this holiday season. Last week was the initial weigh in and today was progress report 1 - I lost 3.5 pounds! I was not expecting that since I didn't make any significant changes. I barely drank any soda and ate a little less than I normally do. I walked a little on my work breaks too. If I can lose 3.5 pounds that easily, I am excited to think how it will come off once I really start working out. 3.5 is a great start and I'm motivated!!
