Well I started without weighing myself. I guessed by the way I felt and thought I weighed. So I've been working on it all week and spending alot of time tryiing to learn to count calories and such and working out. Well, I actually weighed myself today and I was down 15 pounds from my start weight. Now you might think that I shouldn't celebrate but going from 175 to 160 in four days made me feel like celebrating! I'm sure that I have actually lost a couple of pounds. Surely!!!! Well, I feel like it anyway, I know I've lost a load of guilt!!
