Hi everyone! I am very happy to be a part of SparkPeople and knowing there are people out there just like me. My biggest goal is to eat more veggies and fruits. I am a "GRITS" girl (Girls Raised In The South) who grew up eating meat and potatoes, so I have a very difficult time eating and incorporating veggies and fruits into my meals. I have lost weight before and know I can do it again. Right now, I need motivation and to get out of this vicious cycle of "I eat because I am depressed and I am depressed because I eat!" I have faith in SparkPeople and all my new friends who I know will help me through this difficult and trying time.
