I celebrate because I have control over late night eating! I drink plenty of water that keeps me full along with nutritional shakes throughout the day. I have lost 36 pounds to date!! emoticon

It is a big, big deal when you can overcome cravings. If a person can get past the overwhelming urges, there is a feeling of great accomplishment. It's the "getting past the urge" that is so difficult. I commend you for your recent success overcoming these cravings. Your positive mindset will set you free to achieve great things.

There's been countless times that I've felt hungry after already having dinner. 2 nights ago I felt super hungry and wanted to go out and buy very bad food like a large pizza, cheesburger and fries, pasta, and everything else bad. I told myself no though over and over and instead had vegetables and kept telling myself I was not going to eat it because I already ate. It felt amazing to overcome that bad craving and not give in to thousands of excess calories. The next day I got intense cravings again but I also did not give in at all though I felt like I was literally starving. Again I told myself I already ate, and I did not need more food.

Now comes today. I already ate dinner but just an hour ago I started feeling like I was very hungry out of no where and like I had to eat. This time though when I told myself "No, you already ate and this is just a craving" it's like my mind actually listened. The hunger went away and I feel satisfied again. I feel very happy as well knowing I overcame my cravings! I hope to continue to be able to do this from now on :)
