Trying to get huby to o it if he doesn't want to is fruitless. Live your life as an example. I have lost 115#. Hubby could stand to lose about 130# but he isn't ready. When he is, I will be here to help him.

I hope I am in the right place. I need to lose about 45 ( pounds more or less). I have started the Fit for Life diet plan.
I feel good been on it for about 4 days. This diet encourages you to eat most foods**fruits and veggies and nuts**raw are cooked lightly. I like it so far. Having trouble getting husband to follow along.
