That is absolutely fantastic. I did eleven consecutive monthlong Official Sparkpeople Bootcamp Challenges. Each challenge added up to more than a 1000 fitness minutes each month. The results were UNBELIEVABLE!!! Although I don't exercise to that degree anymore, it launched me into a healthy lifestyle that I have been able to sustain for years. Keep at it. You will grow to love it, and then you will live it forever.

I just reached my fitness minutes goal for June! Today I logged my daily minutes and reached 1, 015 AND there is one day left. I can't believe how fun an easy it was. I met up with friends for

I even had a week where it seemed like I gave up on exercise, but I hopped back on. Really, I didn't know I could do this regularly.

Next month I am hoping to do 1,125 mintues.
