It is a good start. You want to set some goals and plan on how to reach it. Wish you the best. Currently, I'm running for 45 - 50 min on the treadmill 7 days a week. My age is 68 and I really enjoy to run and that is when I feel the best.

I took my mom and dad out for a walk to the high school track field and I ran a mile in 9 min and 34 seconds!! Really good for me!
