That's amazing! It's such a huge milestone in running. The first mile is still the hardest for me when I'm running... and I'm training for a marathon lol. I bet you'll find that you'll be able to increase your distance faster than you thought possible now that your first mile is down. I hope you're rewarding yourself somehow today btw!

Congrats! I wish I could run that long! I can't run for my life!
Oh my, I remember when I could barely walk up a hill and now I'm training for a 13.1. I'm not very fast, but my endurance level is strong. Love that every step, no matter how, is a step in the right direction. Keep up the good work!!!

I had a hard time running a whole lap around the track a week ago and I started the c25k program and something in me sparked today and once I started running...I didn't stop. I just pushed until I saw the one mile mark on the treadmill. Even a week ago I would've told myself that it was not possible! Keep pushing!
