Me too. I walked more than I should have yesterday and caused my hip to flare up, and I feel like I might be getting sick. I am taking it easy today, trying not to eat junk (like I do when I'm *resting*) I promised my daughter we would go to Claire's before church so we will be leaving at 5pm. I'm giving myself 20 min on the computer, going to walk the dogs and then a long bath before we leave.
On days when I'm feeling less inspired, I do more gentle workouts like stretching or yoga. I also give myself permission to take it easy (I know that sounds funny, but I do and I release all the stress from not being super motivated.)
If you have the time any money, go get a massage or get a pedicure. That always lifts my spirits, too.
And, when all else fails, I take a nice hot bath to soothe away all the soreness and wash away all the blahs.
These are the things that help me.

I'm sore from my workout yesterday, which I'm used to but today it's really holding me back. I've looked at my before pictures to try and remind myself, I've been reading blogs and success stories on here to motivate me. I've been listening to energetic music which is my normal go to when I'm feeling blah. I think this is one of those days when I need Jillian, lol. Any other tips? I know what I need to do but I just can't get myself to do it :(
