I am working out with a trainer as well. We have had a few good sessions already emoticon

Had my first session with my PT yesterday. I hope it gets easier, I am told that I will see results with this, but I am in such pain today! I hope this gets me where I want to be.

I love working out with my trainer. It is one of the best purchases that I make for myself.

Also, if individual sessions are too expensive, check to see if the trainer will allow you to share a session with someone else. You will still get the benefits of the trainer, but will cost half as much. :)

I envy you! It is a completely different thing to make excuses for not going to the gym when you know you have paid someone to be there for you and when you know this person will have a stern look waiting for you next time :)

I can't afford a trainer but I'm glad we have SparkPeople!

I would love to hire a trainer too. I know a lot of them at my gym. They know there stuff. I've been told a trainer will really push you, & help you to key in on wat you really need to do, & be focused on. It should be a great experience. Good luck , & enjoy!

So excited to start at the gym today ~ This should be interesting..... I have never even been to a gym like this before, or anything. I am nervous and all, but know this has to be done... ;) I will post later and keep updates thru this journey, as I am sure the tips can help others out there.... My trainer is also a nutrionist too, so many benefits to this particular trainer I hired... I will be training 6 days a week...
