Hello Lumpy and Wife,
I am determined to make myself completely over too. emoticon

I know the steroids you've had to take have really worked against you. I take some presciptions that I really can't live without even though they are known for contributing to weight gain. So it is 2-3 times the struggle for us. Don't give up, and I won't either!

In control now and gonna lose it!

If you make the unconditional commitment to reach your most important goals, if the strength of your decision is sufficient, you will find the way and the power to achieve your goals.

My weight has varied a lot throughout my life, but I am now at my heaviest ever. Health problems are limiting certain activities, but I see workouts I can do to break the endless cycle of weakness and dysfunction. At my last check up I was diagnosed as pre-diabetic and given six weeks to get my glucose level under control. Since then I've been on nearly total bed rest, had intense pain and stress, and had injections of steroids. I had almost given up on being healthy when I found this site. I've done it before, just not with so many challenges. I'm counting on the support of the community to help me stay on track while I remake myself.
