I started Jan 27th! I woulda liked to say I lost 50 but my weight skipped 50! I started at 319 and now I am at 268! I just eat bran flakes for breakfast, lunch I have 1 piece of whole wheat bread with lite turkey breast with mustard DInner I will have chicken or fish with a goood portion of veggies (broccoli, cauliflower, carrots, or green beans, i tried bruseel sprouts the other day not bad!) Also I ONLY drink water. Also I have not allowed myself ANY snacks or treats at all! I am determined to keep on losing!
