I have been up & down 5 lbs. since October. I have continued to eat healthy (not to say I can't do even better) but because I'm a weight loss clinic participant I can see that my body fat weight is still dropping monthly and I'm actually gaining muscle weight at the same time. Down 29 lbs. of fat and up 8 lbs. of muscle with water weight continuing to fluctuate. Watch your sodium intake, continue to drink water and keep on tracking & sparking. We'll drop the additional weight when it's time.
