What is nice is Spark is a wonderful program you can adapt to your needs. You can get the information on line or purchase a book it is up to you and your pocket book.
I have done at least a hundred different food plans, diet plans, crash and crazy diets in my food history starting at 12 when the boys said I was fat... I've seen pictures, I was not fat. Consistency has become my mantra... I learned it here at Spark People...
because I was directed here by a diet group my doctor sent me to. I did not lose any weight in that group. Next year gained weight and doc wanted to send me again. I told him let me work on it. I lost 40 pounds. I went from not being able to wear pants! to now having pants that I can wear. I need to lose more and it seems I am in a rut. So I am going to come here to SP and start working this program.
