It has just dawned on me that I and others like me have a major responsibility. Those of us have lost a substantial amount of weight and have succeeded in making major lifestyle changes owe it to those around us and here in this online community. We owe everyone a good example, we owe hope to those who are trying, owe encouragement and a lift to those who are struggling.

In encouraging others, we help ourselves stay on track ourselves.

I am celebrating success by helping others and offering a helpful word if needed. I celebrate by sharing a spark. It is something that is woefully missing from the world in which we live and it is what makes Sparkpeople such a special and unique community. Lets keep it going.
