Hi there! You definitely want to be careful and talk to you doctor about meal plans and exercise that is appropriate for you.
I have found that eating small, healthy meals every three hours, keeps me from getting hungry and munching. Plus I have read that helps speed up your metabolism that will keep working on burning calories.
There are some great seated workout videos on Spark. Maybe watch them and talk to your doctor, see if they are appropriate for you.

Hi friends, I discovered this site while looking for solution to my slip disc problem for which I need to reduce almost 20kgs ASAP w/ doing much strenuous exercises.
