mix it with spinach (for a healthy creamed spinach), crumble it into pasta sauces, 50g is too little but baked ricotta with whatever you have handy one egg and parmesan and feta is delicious

Take a large lettuce leaf, lay a slice of smoked turkey breast on it, top with ricotta cheese, roll up and enjoy!

Ricotta Dessert

1/4 cup Ricotta Cheese
1 tsp. Vanilla

Blend together and enjoy !!

I decided to pick up some new ingredients at the store last weekend, Ricotta cheese being one of them. I successfully made Ricotta burgers, but now I need to use up the last 50g/1.7oz. Any suggestions?
