If you are a bride-to-be, try Jillian Michaels 30 day Shred (about 30 minutes a day). This workout is hard, but all you need is light weights and the DVD. I would also recommend eating right and trying to fit exercise in whenever possible (take the stairs, park in the back of the lot, take a walk on your lunch break). It takes about 2-3 weeks for your body to adjust to a workout schedule if you do not typically workout (after this time it'll feel like more a part of your daily routine). PUSH THROUGH the first 2-3 weeks and once you see results keep up with it.
If you have to, workout right next to your dress so that you are motivated :)

Following the spark program you'll probably lose a lot of weight in 4 months, maybe not 50 pounds, but certainly enough to notice a big difference. And you'll probably be a lot happier than you would have thought with just 10, 15 or 20 pounds lost. So don't stress out!!! Weddings are way too stressful as it is. Just start on the program, taking it at a pace that works for you and your body, and be confident that whatever the results you'll be happy when the day comes.
Why did I wait to the last minute folks??? I only have 4 months to my wedding and haven't dropped a pound. I feel stressed, anxiety and panic! I do not want to be a "fat" bride! My ideal droppage is 50lbs, but I feel that it's probably a stretch. Any suggestions???
