I couldnt resist the urge to eat 3 sugar free mint patties and a 100 cal rice krispie.. i just caught myself gobbling them down.. ugh i need more self control.. i hate that food is my weakness.. im still within the limits on calories, but those arent good calories :\ how do you cope when you slip up?
