YES! Everyday that I meet my workout goal I feel great. Sucks starting, but knowing how I will feel when I'm done gets me through it and it pays off every single time.

you SHOULD feel great--that was a terrific workout!

I love my workouts every day, mainly because I've had so many surgeries it is a gift and a joy to move my body.

Keep going--you're definitely on the right "track!"

I decided that today I was going to love my workout (I usually hate it due to long boring cardio). I did 5 sets of 20 jjs, 20 lunges and 20 pushups, 4 sets of 10 curls, 15 rows, 20 bench presses and 15 tricep dips. I even had enough energy to run a few laps on the track (I hate running.) I'm feeling great. emoticon emoticon
