I decided that today I was going to love my workout (I usually hate it due to long boring cardio). I did 5 sets of 20 jjs, 20 lunges and 20 pushups, 4 sets of 10 curls, 15 rows, 20 bench presses and 15 tricep dips. I even had enough energy to run a few laps on the track (I hate running.) I'm feeling great.
