Wonderful!! Just make sure you give him/her lots of feedback...what you liked, what hurt or bothered any injuries you might have, what your goals are, etc. Be sure to pick their brain too, and ask for other resources, such as reading or web sites you can check out on your own, or whatever. Use it for all it's worth!

it's great you found one you like! that can be a hard process- and i totally get being tired early! and don't be surprised if your weight is up 1-2 days post-trainer days :) it'll go back down!

OMG so I feel like Ive been in a fitness rut, so after a break down last Friday, I signed up for a trainer at my gym (a gift from my mom ). Today was my first session and OMG he kicked my a$$!!!!!!!!!!!! WOW I totally feel amazing . am soooooooo ready to go to bed & its only 5:00 pm lol. It was hard work and I have "homework" to do this week. I cant wait till my next session next week. Might have to pick up more hours so I can upgrade my package!!
