I recently returned, too, after a massive backslide. It was mainly a bout of depression and not wanting to deal with much of anything in my case. We'll all join hands and keep each other on track.

Welcome back. I am pretty new...even if I did join in 2008 and vanished for a few years!! I want my life back too much to leave this time!! Congrats and welcome back. I have had a few backslide moments where I didn't log into spark for months. We're both back, heads in the game now :). I have been thinking to myself that this really needs to be the time where I make it to maintenance. Why do all that work only to end up back where you started? Love yourself enough to give yourself the healthy body you deserve :)

Well, I finally did it! I got back on my Spark page today. I must admit it was hard for me because I put things off and have tried to this without Spark. But right now I need all the encouragement I can get. I don't have much encouragement from my family...so here I am I put my right hand in so to speak. LOL
