While I knew that alcohol was not helpful in weight loss, I drank anyway and was losing weight due to other new habits since on SP. But since I've given up alcohol a month ago, I've lost weight at least double the rate as I did before. I feel like I'm cheating. And I have gotten a little lax in my goals of getting 8 hours of sleep, drinking 8 glasses of water a day, and at least 200 cardio minutes exercise/week. Now its time to reset and refocus and make sure I'm keeping up on the other good habits I established. I still have 30 lbs to go so can't let up.
