hi I'm Glenda i am new to this but for 7 days i have been doing really good i work out every day and eat good i have lost 5 ponds so fare and i cant what in till i loss more it fills good to fill good

I am glad you had such a great day! My weekend was a little dicey for eating but I worked out and it was okay. Yesterday, my workout felt great after working a busy, stressful shift. Now that felt good. emoticon
