What I do is go to my fitness under my trackers. On the my fitness page, there is a tab that says mileage. Just add in the miles you walk and how long you walk. Click add to tracker. It will add the miles and the calories.

Are you putting the 5 miles into your mileage tracker after you do the workout? Are you trying to sync it with something like a Fitbit so it happens automatically?

The mileage tracker on this website doesn't work for me. I go on the treadmill and by far have gone at least 5 miles a week, but it never records this by how much time I've spent on the treadmill. Help please?
