To reset your goals, click above on START. In small red letters, in the upper left side of the screen, click "account/e-mail preferences" The scroll down to the RESET GOALS section and follow the steps to set up your program.
Say you have a 1200-1550 calorie range. If you ate at the bottom of all of your macronutrient ranges, you would probably eat around 900-1000 calories. If you ate at the top of all three macronutrient ranges, you would probably eat 1800-1900.
You're supposed to be kind of mid-rangeish. Or up on one one day, and up on another another day.
Is it likely that this is all it is? You're within the max of all three macros but only just, and that's why calories blows out?
