When you're not sure if it's changing, use 'stupid' data.

Change your goal date to July 1, 2016. Do your values change then? If so, you can change the goal date back and be reasonably confident those values are right for that date. :)

Yes, that's correct. Don't reset. That's a drastic unnecessary step just to have a recalculation.

If you're up to the last 10-15 though, make sure you put the goal date 4-6 months ahead. Sounds awful, doesn't it? But half a pound a week is realistic with so little left to go.

I believe that if you just update the site with your current weight, your goal weight, and your goal date, and then save that, it will automatically reset your calories and nutrient ranges.

To reset your goals, click above on START.
In small red letters, in the upper left side of the screen, click "account/e-mail preferences"
The scroll down to the RESET GOALS section and follow the steps to set up your program.

How can I just start over and let this site figure out what I need to do now to lose the last 10-15 lbs?

The ranges are all mid-range.

Say you have a 1200-1550 calorie range. If you ate at the bottom of all of your macronutrient ranges, you would probably eat around 900-1000 calories. If you ate at the top of all three macronutrient ranges, you would probably eat 1800-1900.

You're supposed to be kind of mid-rangeish. Or up on one one day, and up on another another day.

Is it likely that this is all it is? You're within the max of all three macros but only just, and that's why calories blows out?

I am assuming you have changed your SP nutrient ranges???

Share your goal for grams of protein, fat and carbs; along with your desired calorie range. I can help with the math.

If you eat at the top of all three gram ranges then you can be in the grams but over on calories. Or if you manually changed your calorie ranges down but not the grams the same would be true.

Can't the system check if the sum of my goals for Protein, Carb and Fat make sense with my calorie goal? I don't understand how my grams can meet my goals but my calories go over.
