I started Sparking in June of 2007. By using Spark and some self discovery along the way, I'm down 50 pounds, and am holding steady at a healthy weight. Today is my first day on starting a new healthy me. I am working on the Paleo Diet and working out more. Last time I tried dieting, I exercised hard but didn't eat well. Now I'm trying to do both, work hard, eat hard. I have a Brain Trust helping me achieve my goals and if I don't achieve my goals, I give them $50 each. I don't have $300 to lose so this a good push. Hoping for the best.
