I don't eat fruit either, mostly because I find that the sugar in most fruits tends to set up cravings for me. I eat lots and lots of vegetables. You really need to go for both quantity and variety to get what you need. The best way I can say is to go for as many colors as possible. Red, orange, yellow, purple, and of course green. Eat as many colors as you can every day. Good luck!
Then you should be including at least 5-7 servings of veggies daily---and a variety of different types each and every day. Your doctor will probably want you to take a multi-vitamin mineral supplement too.
Another option would be to add fruit to smoothies?? Add fruit to muffins, breads, oatmeal, cereal, etc??

My husband and I are planning to have a baby, but I have some questions first before we really get into this.
I don't eat fruit, and I don't like a lot of fruit juices. I'm just picky on taste, if I don't like the taste, I don't eat or drink it.
I eat watermelon in the summer, but that's all, and I drink orange and apple juice but that's it.
Any recommendations as to what I should do to get the nutrients I'll be missing when I do get pregnant?
