By your determination and perseverance, you have given someone hope and inspired them!
That's got to be one of the nicest feelings in the world.
We all know how tough it can seem, and to see someone who has been successful makes you think you, too, can do it.

Great job!

WOW way to go on the weight loss, I always tell people about SP when they ask me too, I often wonder if they followed through or not. Yay for you! emoticon emoticon

I had an appointment with one of my doctors and the nurse, who is signficantly overweight, took be back to the exam room mentioned that my chart indicated a significant weight loss and she asked how I did it.

I told her my story.
Once opon a time - 335 lb
Current weight - 165
Many yo-yo diets that worked and then failed in maintenance
Two heart by passes
Type 2 diatetic

Then I found SP and she immediately perked up and noting that I have now lost more than I weigh, she shared that she was on SP some time ago and after talking to me, she committed to rejoining and gettng serious about her weight.
