My worst fiend for weight loss is my snacking....junk food snacking....and today it didn't happen!! I chewed sugar-free gum in between my meals, and just in case I got hungry I took a bag of celery to work....which I didn't have to dive into. I'm hoping I can keep this up tomorrow!!
