It sounds impressive to me! Good for you! You have learned a secret to keeping the weight off! No wild splurges just because you are on vacation, and you don't have to do penance when you get back! Congrats!

Most vacations, I return 5 pounds heavier and it takes forever to get the weight off again. I got back from Florida last week and gained just 2 by not skipping exercise and not eating unless I was really hungry. Today, I am down three pounds...one pound lighter than when I left! Didn't do anything extreme...just resumed my normal routine. I realize this probably doesn't sound that impressive, but I am very pleased!
