Look for those "non-scale victories" and be sure to reward yourself.

In fact, I think you should reward yourself for putting the scale away!

yesterday i got tired of watching my weight go up and down, so i decided to put my scale in the closet and only go by my weight at my TOPS group once a week. I am hoping this will help me out. I have done this before.
