Almost same exact place, without the condition/medication. I'm restarting after 5 years, and am a year older. The most important thing is that you're doing it. Best of luck to you!

I worked hard with Spark and reached some of my goals. I hurt myself and ended up on crutches for 3 months, I wasn't 100% for a little over a year. I am now 100% and know I can do this again and reach my ultimate goal. I refuse to accept any medical condition that requires medication or can be controlled with exercise. The hardest thing in life for an individual is accepting the ageing process. I have always been physically active and realize I am no longer as fit as I was in the past. I feel my body telling me "we are getting older". I commit to telling my body "you lie". I want to be the 60 year old lady with the nice arms and flat stomach. I am 46 years old and know now is the time to reach more of my goals. I am not sure where you are in life but if you are in this same place let's do this together!!
