My goal was 135. I weighed in this morning at 134.2. Yeah!!! After I got home from work today I went straight, clicked on the HEALTHY LIFESTYLE tab, clicked on Lifestyle Centers, and lastly clicked on Maintaining Your New Weight. Who could ask for anything more?! Guidance and support at our fingertips 24/7!! Awesome! This website is simply the best thing that has ever happened to me for weight control, bar none.

I know maintenance is a whole new ballgame, but I believe my devotion to Sparkpeople has actually caused new pathways in my brain! Someone should do a study, no?
