emoticon That is great. Squats will tone the body well. I do them at intervals throughout the day. A few here and a few there.

Good job on the 200 squats. I enjoy challenges like that also.

Personally, I wouldn't find 1000 squats a good idea other than as a one-time fun thing. I'm assuming you don't mean you'd like to do 1000 squats daily or on any regular basis.

More is not always better in exercise, in my opinion.

After awhile, they don't do you any good, more and more is not "better"............read up on it.

Plan for tomorrow, but enjoy the heck out of today.
