emoticon That is great. Squats will tone the body well. I do them at intervals throughout the day. A few here and a few there.

Good job on the 200 squats. I enjoy challenges like that also.

Personally, I wouldn't find 1000 squats a good idea other than as a one-time fun thing. I'm assuming you don't mean you'd like to do 1000 squats daily or on any regular basis.

More is not always better in exercise, in my opinion.

I didn't think I could do it! I was actually aiming for 100!

I plan to gradually work up to 1,000 squats eventually!
