Good job!

For me, I like having "streaks." In example, if I work out for 45 minutes a day for 39 days in a row, even if I don't feel like working out on that 40th day, the idea of breaking my streak gives me the motivation to continue.

My motivation has been lacking for a while and I have decided to get back on track.

This week, I completed (5 days) of going to the gym before work (and getting up at 5 am) and doing the elliptical for 45 minutes (4 days and 30 minutes 1 day) !!! I feel really good but have decided not to weigh right now just take my measurements weekly and go by how I feel.
