The best advice my dr gave me was that being perfect is not possible and I just need to aim for most days to be good. Life happens. You deal with it and move on.

I surpassed my calorie goal and consumed 900 calories with those oreos. OMG!! :( Tomorrow is a new day, and a new chance for me (and others who splurged today) to do better.

On the plus side, I did burn approximately 500 calories today with exercise! Tomorrow, I plan to burn even more than that with no splurges!!

Let us hope I can complete my goals for tomorrow, and I hope that all of you will achieve yours as well!

A whole world is out there, waiting to be explored!
