Under the My Trackers tab at the top of the page you will find a nutrition tracker that will set you a calorie range based upon your input. There is also a fitness tracker available under this same tab. Also available on this site are healthy recipes, support teams, health articles, and much more. On the lower right of this page is a Quick Links block. Inside it you will find a getting started guide that will assist you in learning to use the site.

Hi My name is Jo. Been on the weight loss/gain roller coaster forever. I'm 45 and tired of hearing myself make excuses. I am overweight because I eat too much. Plain and simple. I was about to rejoin weight watchers for the 4th time...however I came across this website. I am hopeful that with support ...I can finally stay in the right mind set. Life is passing so quickly. I want to look and feel good. I need to lose 35-40 lbs.
