For me, I always knew that I had ribs, but now I can see them for the first time in 40 years and when standing if I look down, I actually see that I do, indeed, have FEET.

That's a great way to start the day. Once the warmer weather starts and people start shucking off the layers of clothing, I am sure people will notice the changes.

It did feel awesome. I was riding pretty high for a few hours after. :)

I'm still (somewhat anxiously, I have to admit) waiting for comments from others too. Those are the best. Until then, I have to say noticing for myself is a pretty close second!

That's awesome! I am feeling the same way-- although I'm getting anxious for OTHER people to notice. That probably won't happen until I go down a size in clothes. I had gained 10 pounds fairly quickly and was just kind of smooshing myself into my clothes, so I haven't shrunk out of anything yet.

Since I started working on me about a month ago--eating right, exercising, I've slowly begun to FEEL better. More energy, happier mood, etc. That part has been great. Today, however, I can actually SEE that I'm looking better. I took a look at my biceps this morning while driving and they are visibly smaller. I have to say I feel more motivated than ever!
