By the time you get to your goal weight, you will lose that fat as it comes off ALL over the body. You are lucky to be a tall person of 5'10". My DD is 5'9" and 142# but she has a lot of muscle as she works out with weights.
I have, without sacrifice, lost 20 lbs in the 8 weeks. It's amazing and I'm not done yet. I'm 5'10, 48 years old, and started at 200 lbs and am now down to 180 with a goal of 165 by August 1 when my 3rd son is getting married.
I can see and feel the difference in almost every part of my body; even my breasts (which are very large), but I can't seem to make a difference in my upper back, specifically just below and slightly behind the arm pits!
Are there specific exercises to target this area? I've heard that weight loss starts at the extremities and works toward the trunk, so maybe I just haven't given it enough time, but if there are any suggestions I sure would appreciate hearing them. Thanks
