In order for you to locate these members they must have established a SparkPage and make their page public so that others can view. Below is a link where you can do a search if they meet the criteria.

Up top click on Community then SparkPages. There's a search box where you can input their username and do a search for them. HTH

HELP!!!!!!
I have recently gotten a bunch of friends to join Spark and now I can't find any of them on the site. I don't want to think I am ignoring them now that I've told them how great this site is.
How do I locate them?
