I agree, let's hope that they can figure out how to get the wrinkles out of that part of SP! emoticon

I am hoping one day soon that we can choose a recipe from the recipe app and insert it in our nutrition tracker! It's frustrating having to write it all down and then enter it manually. :) sync sync sync ;)

The Tex Mex Chili was from the SP recipes. I guess I always thought that since I added it to my recipes to my cookbook on the SP recipes, that it would automatically get added to my cookbook recipes on my nutri tracker.

Is that a recipe that you created, marked as a a favorite, or reviewed? I'm not seeing it in either sections of your recipe box. Those and the recipes from The SparkPeople Cookbook are the only items that are listed in those drop-down menus. If it isn't from the SparkPeople Cookbook, or if you didn't create it, mark it as a favorite or write a review comment on it, then it won't show up on that page. (it doesn't list items that you have placed in a cookbook/recipe collection on the site). Is it possible that may be the issue?

My last recipe that I tried was Tex Mex Chili for 18 (large crockpot).

Thanks for clarifying! Can you give me an example of a recipe that you aren't able to add from your nutrition tracker recipe tab page, but that you do have in a cookbook on the recipe site?

Sure Denise, what I mean is that on the Nutritional Tracker page, when we click on Recipes, then the 4 different cookbooks show up, The Reviewed, Shared, Favorites, and Cookbook, all the recipes that we've put into these cookbooks, from the SP recipes plus ones that we made up on our own. I can't add any more recipes into those cookbooks for further reference. So it's a hastle anytime I eat from a recipe that I added to my recipe collections on the SP recipes site and then I can't find it with the nutri. tracker cookbooks. Is that understandable now? I know it sounds confusing because it takes alot of typing to get out what I really mean. If I add a recipe from the SP recipe page into my meal planner, that works just fine, but when I put it into my cookbook, I can't find that later on my nutri. page cookbooks. It's in the cookbook though withe the cookbook on the SP Recipes site. Hopefully this all helps!

I'm not sure what you mean by "Just not on the nutritional tracker cookbooks." Can you give me more info about that?

I can't add a recipe to the nutritional tracker. I did for quite awhile since being on SP, over a year now, but haven't been able to for about 6 months or so. There are the 4 categories on the nutritional tracker that pop down when you click on recipes. They won't show up on any of those cookbooks. I can get it to show up on a certain meal plan on the nutritional tracker though. They all show up on my recipes with the SparkPeople Recipes. Just not on the nutritional tracker cookbooks. Can anyone help me with that?
